This year’s contest was amazing, we received so many submissions! So many beautiful photographs and what feels like so little time
to look through them all. When we first thought of holding the contests, we deliberated whether to hold them monthly or yearly,
and we are so glad we chose the latter. In this way, our members have all year to get the perfect shots without a looming
deadline, and it also gave us the opportunity to splurge on bigger and better prizes. We can’t wait to do this again next year
and thank each and every one of you for your hard work and dedication to the craft, it struck awe in our hearts and put a great
big smile on our faces.
Also, for the first time ever, we had a tie for the best photo in the Macro category! We couldn’t decide between the two either as
they were both so gorgeous and very well done. Congratulations to Greta Hayworth and Ronnie Backster for their Macro submissions,
and to Arthur Jackoby and Roger Smith as well.
